Meta Resources Group is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages.
Our commitment
We design and build this site with accessibility as a first-class requirement, not an afterthought. Our development process includes automated accessibility testing (axe-core) on every page, semantic HTML landmarks, keyboard navigation support, and sufficient color contrast throughout. We self-host all fonts and scripts to avoid unnecessary third-party connections.
Standards we follow
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and are the internationally recognised standard for accessible web content. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to websites.
Measures taken
The following measures are implemented across all pages of this site: skip-navigation link to bypass the header; semantic <main>, <nav>, and landmark structure for screen reader navigation; all images have descriptive alt attributes; all form inputs have associated <label> elements; color contrast meets the 4.5:1 minimum for normal text and 3:1 for large text; interactive elements are keyboard-accessible and show a visible focus indicator; animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion system preference; modal dialogs use aria-modal to restrict screen reader scope; ARIA labels are applied to icon-only controls and card elements.
Known limitations
Our automated test suite passes with zero violations across all pages. The following areas involve complexity that we continue to monitor: the homepage section navigation (spyNav) relies on smooth-scroll JavaScript — keyboard users can tab to all navigation links normally; flip-card team profiles require hover or focus-within to reveal the back face — keyboard users can tab into the card content to trigger the flip.
